Page normalization API
The first Agent Utility turns public HTTPS pages into normalized, machine-readable output using the pb.page.normalized.v1 schema. This page is the stable website entry point; detailed reference material is exposed by the Agent Utilities service.
This preview documents the product model and planned contract without publishing authentication or endpoint onboarding.
Billing model
Practical Builds Agent Utilities uses a shared prepaid credit wallet. Each utility has its own published credit cost. Page Normalize currently consumes 1 credit per successful request.
Credit packs fund one Agent Utilities credit balance. Future utilities can publish different rates and debit the same wallet; the balance is not tied to Page Normalize or to unrelated Developer Tools.
