Practical Builds is a software brand of Deahr Creative Collective, LLC. By using a Practical Builds service, you agree to use it lawfully and within the documented product boundaries.

Planned API access

Public API credentials are not currently offered through this website. Final API access, credential, and account terms will be published before general availability.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agent Utilities to access content you are not authorized to access, probe private or internal networks, disrupt services, violate applicable law, or infringe the rights of others. Automated use remains subject to documented rate limits and technical safeguards.

Service behavior and availability

The planned Page Normalize service will operate across third-party websites with differing markup, availability, access controls, and rendering behavior. This preview does not promise public service availability.

Credits and billing

Practical Builds Agent Utilities uses a shared prepaid credit wallet. Each utility has its own published credit cost. Page Normalize currently consumes 1 credit per successful request. Failed Page Normalize requests do not retain a charge. Credit costs for current or future utilities may change with notice on the pricing or documentation pages.

Developer Tools

Product-specific listings and documentation may contain additional terms, platform rules, permissions, or usage boundaries for Developer Tools.

Policy review notice

Owner and legal review is still required before general availability to establish final refund, credit-expiration, tax, warranty, liability, dispute-resolution, suspension, and termination terms. No unstated policy on those subjects should be inferred from this preview.
